NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE OR IMPROVE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING. THE ODDS OF WINNING DEPEND UPON THE NUMBER OF ELIGIBLE ENTRIES RECEIVED DURING THE SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD.

SWEEPSTAKES DESCRIPTION: The Sweepstakes begins at 5:00 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time on October 18, 2022 and ends at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on December 31, 2022. ("Sweepstakes Period"). One prize per person. Each Prize Drawing begins with the beginning of each calendar month and ends with the end of each calendar month.

ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age and who are customers of one of the participating electric membership cooperatives as of 5:00 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time on October 18, 2022 ("Entrant"). Employees, directors and officers of Data Decisions Group, Cooperative Insights, and/or any of the participating cooperatives (including 4-County EPA, EnergyUnited, Four County EMC, Jones-Onslow Electric Membership Corporation, Piedmont Electric Cooperative, South River EMC, and West River Electric Association), their affiliates, subsidiaries, and their immediate families (or those living in their same households) are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. Void where prohibited by law, rule or regulation. All Federal, State and local laws and regulations apply.

SPONSOR: Cooperative Insights (the "Sponsor").

ADMINISTRATOR: Data Decisions Group, 123 W. Franklin Street, Suite 520, Chapel Hill, North Carolina 27516 (the "Administrator").

AGREEMENT TO THE OFFICIAL RULES: By participating in the Sweepstakes, each Entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and the Administrator, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning any prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

HOW TO ENTER: The Sweepstakes is an electronic randomized drawing, sponsored by Data Decisions Group. There are two (2) ways to enter the Sweepstakes.

a. To enter via the Internet: Upon receiving an e-mail to participate in a survey or other printed notification from Data Decisions Group, review the directions and follow the links and instructions for entry. After you have submitted the required information and completed the survey, you will receive one (1) entry into the Prize Drawing for that survey.

b. To enter through the mail: Hand print your name, address, day and evening phone numbers, e-mail address (if any), and age on a 3"x 5" piece of paper. Mail it in a hand-addressed envelope to Data Decisions Group, Panel Relations Manager, 123 W. Franklin Street, Suite 520, Chapel Hill, NC 27516. Entries made by Internet will be deemed made by authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. The authorized account holder is deemed as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses or the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. If the potentially winning entry is an Internet or other computer entry, potential winner must provide Data Decisions Group with proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the potentially winning entry.

ALL ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED BY 5:00 P.M. EASTERN STANDARD TIME ON 12/31/2022.

PRIZE DRAWING AND NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS: Winner(s) will be selected in an electronic randomized drawing from all eligible entries received from the Internet portion of the Sweepstakes and the alternative means of entry [mail]. The Prize Drawing(s) will be held at the completion of survey fielding. Potential winners will have 10 days from receipt of winning notification to claim his/her prize. This is accomplished by verification of eligibility and physical address. If these conditions cannot be verified, then an alternate winner will be selected. Non-compliance or, if a selected potential winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim prize, or if the Prize Notification or prize is returned as undeliverable, an alternate winner will be selected.

DISQUALIFICATION: Sponsor and Administrator are not responsible for lost, interrupted or unavailable network server or other connections, miscommunications, failed telephone or computer, telephone transmissions, technical failure, jumbled, scrambled or misdirected transmissions, or other error of any kind whether human, mechanical or electronic. Persons found tampering with or abusing any aspect of this Sweepstakes, as solely determined by the Sponsor, will be disqualified. If disqualified for any of the above abuses, Sponsor and Administrator reserve the right to terminate player's eligibility to participate in the Sweepstakes. In the event any portion of this Sweepstakes is compromised by virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes beyond the control of Sponsor and/or Administrator which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupts, or impairs the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor and Administrator reserve the right at their sole discretion to suspend or terminate the Internet portion of the Sweepstakes, but may continue with the free, alternate means of entry portion. The prize will then be awarded, in a random drawing from all entries received prior to such a suspension. Sponsor and Administrator are not responsible for any problem with the Sweepstakes entry generated by computer hardware or software malfunction, error or failure. Sponsor and Administrator's sole responsibility for any irregular Sweepstakes entry is replacement with another entry. If a potential winning entry is made by Internet or other computer entry, that potential winner may be required to provide Sponsor and Administrator with proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the electronic mail address associated with the potential winning entry.

TAX INFORMATION: All taxes and fees on prizes won are the sole responsibility of the winner.
